1. Respect for Intellectual Property
ImageTranslate.AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We are committed to responding promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to:

Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the infringing material — The URL(s) or other specific identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Processing of DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal and provide a copy of the complaint (with personal information of the complainant redacted as appropriate).
- Document the notice for our records.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with the following:
- Identification of the removed material — A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information — Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction — A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy for terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts permanently terminated.
