What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my unused credits?

All credits have expiration dates. Basic credits reset daily - you receive 20 free credits each day, and any unused credits from the previous day are cleared. Advanced credits validity depends on your plan: monthly plans have a 1-month validity period, and annual plans have a 1-year validity period from the date of purchase.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Your remaining credits will stay available until they expire.

What's the difference between basic and advanced credits?

Basic credits are provided free daily (20 credits) and can be used for basic image translation features. Advanced credits are included with paid plans and unlock advanced features like batch translation, multiple AI translators (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and priority support.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, provided you haven't used more than 500 credits. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us via email within 3 days of your purchase for a full refund. For more details, please see our Refund Policy page.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! You can start with our free plan which includes 20 basic credits per day, allowing you to try our AI image translator before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required for the free plan.

Can I use my credits for commercial purposes?

The free plan is for personal use only. All paid plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) include commercial use rights, allowing you to use translated images for business, marketing, e-commerce, and other commercial applications.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits, you can either wait until your next billing cycle when your monthly credits are renewed, or you can upgrade to a higher plan immediately to get more credits. You can also purchase additional credit packages if needed.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. All our pricing is transparent and straightforward. You only pay for your chosen plan, and there are no setup fees, transaction fees, or surprise charges.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan directly from the Pricing page. Simply click the "Upgrade" button on the plan you'd like to switch to. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal to complete the upgrade. The price difference will be prorated for your current billing period, and you'll receive additional credits based on the difference between your old and new plan.

How do I downgrade, cancel, or manage my subscription?

To downgrade, cancel, or manage your subscription, click your avatar in the top-right corner of the page, then go to Settings > Billing. From there, you can manage your subscription through Stripe's secure customer portal. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll continue to enjoy your current plan benefits until then.

What happened to the Pro, Premium, and Ultra plans?

We've upgraded our pricing plans. The previous Pro plan is now Starter, Premium is now Professional, and Ultra is now Enterprise. The features and credits remain exactly the same — we've simply improved the plan structure. If you're on an existing Pro, Premium, or Ultra plan, your subscription and benefits are completely unaffected. You can continue using your current plan or switch to the new plans at any time from the Settings page.
